Preparation, Integration, and Coaching Information

Because our services are personal in nature, you may choose to share information with us about your life experiences, goals, emotional well-being, relationships, habits, challenges, personal history, spiritual practices, psychedelic or plant medicine experiences, or other matters relevant to the support you are seeking.

You may also voluntarily provide information relating to medications, physical or mental health history, substance use, or other health-related matters when you believe they are relevant to preparation, integration, or coaching.

Session Recording

  • With your explicit permission, certain coaching, preparation, integration, or mentorship sessions may be audio or video recorded.

  • We will not intentionally record a private session without informing you and obtaining your consent beforehand. You are not required to agree to recording in order to receive services unless a particular service clearly states otherwise before booking.

  • If you consent to a recording, it may be used for purposes discussed with you at the time consent is requested, such as allowing you to revisit the session, supporting continuity of your coaching work, creating session notes or summaries, or another specifically disclosed purpose.

  • Recordings may contain highly personal or sensitive information. We therefore treat them as confidential and use reasonable safeguards to limit access to authorized individuals and service providers involved in storing or processing the recording.

  • We will not publicly share, publish, use for advertising, or use identifiable portions of a private session recording for testimonials, social media, training materials, or promotional content without obtaining separate, explicit permission from you.

  • You may withdraw permission for future recordings at any time. If you have already consented to a recording, you may contact us to request deletion of the recording, subject to any legal, record-keeping, contractual, or technical obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
